Tonight, the warrior is a child.....we cried. Our lives will change forever, no matter what. I almost don't want it to be morning. But it will be morning, and with that new strenght will come.
I am holding on to something my friend Cindi gave me last week... Psalms 18:1-19.
It talks about how God heard my cries. And He raced out of heaven to rescue me and HE WAS MAD!! I especially like that part. Then He scattered my emenies and reached down into the pit and lifed me up and took me to a safe place because He loved me.
I like it when God gets mad at the enemy. I beleive God will be there in the doctor's office tomorrow. And maybe He will have a sword. But the important thing is that He will be there. We will not be there alone. Maybe He will bring a few angels.
Because of you,my family, friends, and strangers, we will make it. Thank you, from this warrior, for helping us make this journey. I win,no matters what happens.
Good night,
Judy

Here are the lyrics to the song "The Warrior Is A Child". This must decribe perfectly how my mom is feeling. Love you so much Mom & Dad!

Lately I've been winning battles left and right
But even winners can get wounded in the fight
People say that I'm amazing
Strong beyond my years
But they don't see inside of me
I'm hiding all the tears
Unafraid because His armor is the best
But even soldiers need a quiet place to rest
People say that I'm amazing
Never face retreat
But they don't see the enemies
That lay me at His feet
They don't know that I go running home when I fall down
They don't know who picks me up when no one is around
I drop my sword and and cry for just a while
'Cause deep inside this armor
the warrior is a child
I'm praying for you today! I wish we could have a glimpse today of the army that will be with you today in that drs. office. I pray you feel the presence of the Lord and HIS warriors there fighting on your behalf. Love you, sister!

Judy -- all I can say is that I love you more than you can know. You and Ronnie were there for me when I needed you the most, and I will be here for you -- no matter the outcome.

ReplyDeleteDear friends, know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during these very difficult days. We know, Judy, that you will not yield to this enemy without a real battle. You are on the right side, girl! God loves you and He is ready to stand with you both as you travel this rugged road. We are asking Him to heal you, and to grant you His perfect peace, His comfort, and His everlasting Grace. And, His Grace is sufficient!!
We love you,
